- My TAT (turn-around-time) is erratic, but please assume I will take a week MINIMUM for anything I am making, as I have a personal life, and my motivation is very erratic depending on my mood.- I have every right to cancel / refund a commission if I cannot finish / start it depending on the reason.- I also have every right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable, or if I am unable to do it.- I may take a while to finish or stary commissions because of my memory, I sometimes forget what I have to do if I am not tracking it.

- Do not constantly bug and bother me for updates, at least ask once a week for updates, maybe even two times a week.- I will not lower prices unless negotiated, like you having a simple OC, or if there was a sale / discount.- Do not ask me to do anything on my "cannot do" list, I cannot do them for reasons.- You are NOT allowed to "re-sell" or sell my commission for any type of money, personal "merch" is alright, but do NOT sell it to others.- Don't ask for free art, it is not free unless stated in a toyhouse post.
